We believe strongly there will never be a return of our chocolate jewels, but in the event, if for some reason, you need to return any of our products; we will accept it based on our return and refund policy.

We prefer that you pickup your order  from our production facility located at 27 Okodan Road in Osu Ako Adjei.  If you want us to deliver, we will let you know what the delivery charges are at the time of delivery.  

If you arrange for your personal pickup by a delivery person; kindly make sure they have a cool box to store your chocolates within the right temperatures before it gets to you.
