Chocolate Tasting Sessions
Chocolate tastings are conducted on Saturday's at our location in Osu Ako-Adjei. Due to space restrictions, tastings are available for a minimum of 4 people with a maximum of 6 people.
An outline of what is involved in our tastings:
Tastings start at 11am
We walk participants through the cocoa bean to the chocolate they are going to taste and the process to get to that point;
They get to see a cocoa pod opened up and get to taste the beans;
They get to see and feel the dried cocoa beans and see photos of the drying beans on the farm;
They get to taste the roasted and cracked cocoa beans;
They see and can try their hands on the marble stone to “temper” melted chocolate;
They get to see how we colour one of our moulds.
Participants then taste four of our products and take home a box of 4 chocolates each.
No refunds for no shows.
Cost per person is 95 Ghana Cedis.

We can accommodate larger groups but please note that we will need at least a week's notice to coordinate an offsite venue hire, which will be added to the cost of the tasting per person.
