Experience Making Bonbons

Do you want to experience producing your own delicious chocolate bonbons?

• Begin with tasting some Bioko samples while we get to know each other;
• Select a volunteer from among your group to start creating a set of bonbons using our own ingredients.
• Learn how to decorate your mould, use a marble slab to “temper” chocolate, fill and close off your bonbons;
• You package and take home with you, your bonbons (time permitting), or have it delivered.
• Bioko is all about choices. We can do all dark/vegan bonbons or all milk flavours, or a mix of both. Let us know at the time of making the reservation.

DURATION: Approximately 2 hours

COST: Minimum 3 people for a booking

GHC200/person for 3 people
Ghc150/person for a group of 4 to 6

Complimentary – Children below 10 years are allowed and must be supervised by an accompanying adult in the group.
